Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a HomeLock account or using the HomeLock Marketplace, you agree to these Terms of Service. HomeLock is operated by Mach Twenty 11 Corp. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the platform.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use HomeLock.

3. The Marketplace

HomeLock provides the technology connecting buyers and sellers — it is not a party to any sale. Payments are processed by a real, third-party payment processor; HomeLock never sees or stores your full card details.

A bid is a real offer, but no charge occurs until a seller accepts it and the buyer completes payment. "Buy It Now" and an accepted bid both route to a secure checkout. A listing is only marked "Sold" once payment is actually confirmed.

4. Prohibited Items

The following may never be listed, sold, or offered on the HomeLock Marketplace. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — HomeLock may remove any listing at its discretion.

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapon parts or accessories designed to convert an item into a weapon
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia intended for illegal drug use
• Prescription medications and medical devices requiring a license to sell
• Stolen property, or any item you do not have the legal right to sell
• Counterfeit or pirated goods, and items that infringe someone else's intellectual property
• Hazardous, flammable, or radioactive materials
• Recalled products
• Live animals
• Human remains or body parts
• Government-issued identification, currency, or official documents
• Alcohol and tobacco products
• Any item intended to facilitate fraud, scams, or other criminal activity

5. Reporting a listing

Every listing has a real "Report this listing" option. Reports involving a prohibited item or suspected criminal activity are treated as urgent — the listing is pulled from public Browse immediately, and HomeLock's team is alerted right away, not left to be found in a routine review queue.

6. Enforcement

HomeLock may remove any listing, suspend or terminate any account, and — where a listing or account activity reasonably appears to involve criminal conduct — report the matter to law enforcement, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Insurance Marketplace

HomeLock operates a technology marketplace connecting consumers with independent licensed insurance professionals. HomeLock does not underwrite, issue, bind, recommend, or sell insurance. Insurance products, coverage recommendations, quotations and policies are provided by participating licensed insurance professionals and insurance carriers.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

HomeLock is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mach Twenty 11 Corp disclaims all warranties and is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, the condition or legality of listed items, or the accuracy of any inventory value estimate shown in the app.
